Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your timepiece in its original presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the item's condition at our service center, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
